Dr. Santosh Kumar, did his Graduation and Post Graduation in Orthopaedics from JIPMER, Pondicherry (India).

He was incharge at Bone Bank, as registrar in orthopaedics, at JIPMER, Pondicherry under Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India.

In year 2005, Dr. Santosh Kumar worked as a Clinical Registrar in Orthopaedics at the Bhatacharyya Orthopaedcs and Related Research Centre, (BORRC), Kolkata, from July 2005 to June 2007, he had performed numerous trauma surgeries during this period.

Dr. Santosh Kumar started his individual practice from July 2007, dhe id numerous joint replacements, spinal surgeries, pelvi acetabular fractures, arthroscopic surgeries.He is all recalled as:

THE YOUNGEST SURGEON TO HAVE STARTED DOING TOTAL JOINT REPLACEMENTS INDIVIDUALLY.

Dr. Santosh Kumar had performed hundreds of surgeries for the Central Government Health Scheme Beneficiaries, including more than fifty joint replacement during this period.

Dr Santosh Kumar won a Gold medal in the post graduation course at JIPMER.
